This is at the Pannenkoekenhuis (pancake house, dank u very much).

It is the smallest restaurant in Amsterdam and therefore the cutest restaurant in Amsterdam. You feel like Alice in Wonderland after haven eaten a cookie (and in Amerstam, well, that can happen) sitting your hulking bag of flesh in the tiny Delft-adorned space. They serve fab Dutch pancakes. And you can only pay in cash.

I recommends the bacon and cheese pancake. Mmmmm. With a little syrup drizzled on top, the whole thing is a savory ode to good living and clotted arteries.
