Zoorific!

After bragging to Jane about how great our zoo is, we arrived there and she’s all, “Wow. It’s so small. The San Diego Zoo takes up a whole mountain." 

Whoops! Forgot she’s near one of the world’s better zoos. And there’s all this construction going on at the zoo and we saw so few animals, except for a few extremely bored gorillas and elephants. That I have to say, wasn’t so great as I built it up. 

But the Zoomasium for toddlers was GREAT. River crushed on a miniature Honey Boo Boo. The unbridled play space was awesome, if you’re still crawling, which one of us is. And River and Carmen logged some serious bonding time.
